Product leasing
You can also lease Nuki products with the business package. To do this, you have to order at least 50 Smart Locks and undergo a credit rating by our Key Accounting department. The term of the business package is at least 24 months. If you have any questions, please contact us.

Your request will be prioritised by the Nuki Support Team. We’ll get back to you within 3 hours during our business hours. There is a special contact form in your Nuki account for this. This area is protected by your personal login details. If you opt for a business package, support cases will be handled by your key account manager.

Immediate product replacement
If your device is damaged, we will send you a new one before we even receive the defective product. Just contact our Nuki Support Team or make a request in your Nuki account.

3-year warranty
We offer you 3 years warranty extension on your new Nuki Smart Lock with Nuki Guarantee Plus, provided you are still an active Nuki Smart Hosting customer at the time of the claim. Besides slight negligence, material and manufacturing defects are also covered.

Introductory meeting
You want to know how Nuki can support you best? We take time for you and your individual needs. You will be trained by experts in a virtual appointment and learn how to use your Nuki web account optimally – helpful tips and tricks included.

Employee training
During the employee training, you and your employees will receive all important basic information about our products. This training is divided into the following 5 modules: Product Training, Smart Hosting Integrations, Nuki Web, Security and FAQs. Each module takes about 30 minutes and is offered in English and German. Just contact your key account manager to arrange an appointment.

Personal support
As part of the business package, you will be assigned a key account manager.

Nuki app and Nuki Web access
Manage all your Nuki products with the free Nuki App or Nuki Web platform.
The Nuki app is available free of charge for iOS, Android and Huawei smartphones.

Using the Short Rental API
With the Short Rental API, developers and software providers can integrate Nuki devices directly into their booking processes.

Using partner integrations
Integrations with our partners like Airbnb, Smoobu, Guesty, BookingSync, Octorate and eviivo can only be used with Nuki Smart Hosting. Link your PMS and Nuki Web account in Nuki Web. To do this, log into your Nuki Web account and click on “Short-term rental” on the left-hand side. Select your partner there and click on “Connect”..

Duration of data storage
Depending on the chosen Smart Hosting package, the relevant data is stored on Nuki Web for 6 to 12 months.

Service Level Agreement
With our Service Level Agreement we make promises about our IT availability, service and support times and compensate you if we don’t meet them.

You can still use your Nuki Smart Lock for your holiday property. The integration with our partners like Airbnb, Smoobu, BookingSync, Guesty and Octorate is only available with Nuki Smart Hosting.

You can find all the information in your Nuki Account under “My Services”. That is where you can change, manage and cancel your services. This area is protected by your personal login details (username and password). You can cancel Nuki Smart Hosting at any time and use the services until the end of your billing period – in case of monthly billing until the last day of the month, in case of annual billing until after 12 months.
