Product leasing

Your request will be prioritized by the Nuki Support Team. We’ll get back to you within 3 hours during our business hours. There is a special contact form in your Nuki account for this. This area is protected by your personal login details. If you opt for a business package, support cases will be handled by your key account manager.

Immediate product replacement
If your device is damaged, we will send you a new one before we even receive the defective product. For the Standard Package please contact our Nuki Support Team and for the Business Package your Key Account Manager.

3-year warranty
With Nuki Guarantee Plus we offer you a 3-year warranty extension for your Nuki Smart Lock. At the time of the claim, you must be an active Nuki Smart Hosting customer. In addition to slight negligence, material and manufacturing defects are also covered. More infos

Introductory meeting
Would you like to know how Nuki can support you best? We will take time for you and your personal concerns. In a virtual appointment you will be trained by experts and learn the best way to use the Nuki Web account, including helpful tips and tricks.

Employee training
During employee training, you and your employees will receive all the important basic information about our products. This training is divided into the following 5 modules: Product Training, Smart Hosting Integrations, Nuki Web, Security and FAQs. Each module lasts about 30 minutes and is offered in German and English. Simply contact your Key Account Manager to schedule an appointment.

Personal support
As part of the business package, you will be assigned a key account manager.

Nuki App and Nuki Web access
Manage all your Nuki products with the free Nuki App or Nuki Web plattform.
The Nuki App is available free of charge for iOS, Android and Huawei smartphones.

Using the Short Rental API
With the Short Rental API, developers and software providers can integrate Nuki devices directly into their booking processes.

You can still use your Nuki Smart Lock for your holiday property. The integration with our partners like Airbnb, Smoobu, BookingSync, Guesty and Octorate is only available with Nuki Smart Hosting.

You can find all the information in your Nuki account under Nuki Account unter “My Services”. That is where you can change, manage and cancel your services. This area is protected by your personal login details (username and password). You can cancel Nuki Smart Hosting at any time and continue using the services until the end of your billing period – in the case of monthly billing until the last day of the month, in the case of annual billing until the end of the 12 months.

With the trial, you can use Nuki Smart Hosting free of charge for 30 days and cancel without giving a reason. You have full access to all functions. If you do not cancel until the end of the trial period, your service will automatically switch to a subscription with annual billing after the first 30 days. You can still cancel Nuki Smart Hosting at any time and use the services until the end of the 12-month billing period.
A return period of 30 days from receipt of the goods also applies to your hardware.

You can purchase a new Smart Hosting service with annual billing. If you currently have a monthly subscription, you can continue to use it without any changes. If you cancel your monthly subscription and want to renew your Smart Hosting service at a later date, you can only purchase your subscription with annual billing.
