  We offer this service in cooperation with our insurance partner Europ Assistance. The emergency hotline is available 24/7. In the event of damage, our insurance partner will hire a certified locksmith to professionally open your door for you. One insurance claim is covered per calendar year (max. cost of 800 CHF).

• Nuki Premium Support

  Do you have specific questions about your Nuki products? With Care & Protect, we guarantee to offer you Premium Support: You get a reply within 3 business hours. There is a dedicated contact form for this, which you can access through your Nuki account. This area is protected by personal login details.

• Immediate product replacement

  Is your Smart Lock defective? No worries! You don’t have to wait until we receive the faulty product. Contact our Support Team and we will immediately send you a replacement product. This way, you can keep your door smart.

Nuki Care & Protect is linked to your Nuki Smart Lock ID. You will receive your insurance documents by e-mail once the purchase is completed. The service is available in Germany, Austria and Switzerland.
