Service program for the
Nuki Smart Lock 3.0

For us at Nuki, quality has the highest priority. Nevertheless, errors cannot be completely avoided. In the course of our routine quality control we unfortunately had to discover that one component of a production batch of our Smart Lock 3.0 is defective. This defect can lead to a limited Bluetooth range of the device. The affected devices can be identified via the Smart Lock ID. All affected devices will of course be replaced by us free of charge. Please note that only the Nuki Smart Lock 3.0 is affected. All other devices, especially the Nuki Smart Lock 3.0 Pro, are fully functional.

You can easily check whether your device is affected:

  1. Enter your Smart Lock ID in the field below. You can find the ID of your Nuki Smart Lock on the back of the device or in your Nuki app by tapping on the desired Smart Lock and opening the lock settings (“Features & Configuration” or “Administration”). In the bottom section you will find your Smart Lock ID.
  2. We compare your ID with our database and you can immediately see if your device has to be replaced.
  3. If your device is affected, just follow the instructions to start the replacement process.
