Is your Smart Lock defective? No worries! You don’t have to wait until we receive the faulty product. Contact our Support Team and we will immediately send you a replacement product. This way, you can keep your door smart.
Nuki Care & Protect is linked to your Nuki Smart Lock ID. You will receive your insurance documents by e-mail once the purchase is completed. The service is available in Germany, Austria and Switzerland.
